Since the mid-1990s, hundreds of international companies have built shared services and IT outsourcing centres in Poland, laying the foundation for thousands of IT careers.

While some companies have downsized or left Poland in recent years, many have transitioned into higher-value services like software development, cloud, infrastructure, and more. Tech support will always be needed in Poland, but job roles are becoming more strategic – focusing on optimising automated systems, analysing data insights, and delivering personalised customer experiences.

To understand the tech support and IT recruitment landscape in Poland today, we analysed data for 18 key job titles across IT, technical support, and help desk roles. Here’s a snapshot of the talent pool:

Level 3: 13,000 – 18,000 PLN/month
