The demand for IT roles is increasing daily, with many job openings popping up online regularly. Employers are looking for ideal candidates, and candidates are searching for their dream jobs.
But where to look for offers from the IT industry? One of the easiest yet most effective methods of searching is job portals.
Below we listed 10 job portals with IT jobs in Poland that will help candidates find their new endeavour.
1. Justjoin.it
The list begins with justjoin.it, which is the most popular platform on the Polish market.
Justjoin.it makes it possible to sort job offers by city, category, company name, or even by the technology stack (e.g., JavaScript, DevOps).
What is more, the platform offers the possibility to create a free profile, which allows matching the job to the user more precisely, e.g. by setting the expected salary range.
Justjoin.it is distinguished by hosting live online interviews with Polish programmers working for the most well-known brands such as Facebook, Google, Netflix, or The New York Times, and a weekly live stream entitled “Śniadnie z Programowaniem”, during which experienced Frontend and Backend specialists summarize the week from the IT world.
Nevertheless, we cooperate with top brand companies, including justjoin.it. Here you can find our opening vacancies list on this job board.
2. 4programmers.net
4programmers.net is a Polish website dedicated to programming and a classifieds portal with many IT jobs.
Similar to justjoin.it, 4programmers.net allows users to create a free account, but in this case, having a profile opens some additional possibilities, including following threads on a discussion forum.
It is worth adding that by having an account on the site, users have the possibility to create a personal microblog, where they regularly keep their programming logs, which can be read and commented on by other users of the platform. Microblogs are a great way to share your programming knowledge with others and a chance to deepen it.
3. No Fluff Jobs

No Fluff Jobs is one of the most popular European portals on the market and stands out for its transparency, honesty, factuality and respect for its users.
You will not find phrases like “We offer attractive salaries” in job descriptions. No Fluff Jobs is the first site in Poland that introduced mandatory salary bands in each job advertisement so that the platform is characterized by sincerity and builds trust – after all, “no fluff” means “no bullshit”. 😉
No Fluff Jobs allows creating a free “Tech Profile” to give candidates a quick and easy way to apply for their chosen position. The tech profile includes information about the portfolio, tech stack, heatmap of specializations, soft skill set, and candidate experience level.
Bonus: Ntiative IT Recruitment
Shameless plug here, but worth it. Check out our job section for interesting job opportunities. Most of our clients are international product companies with great salaries and flexible work locations.
4. Work4 DEV
Work4 DEV is a job board that allows searching for jobs by categories, such as specialization profiles or job titles. The website is quite fresh, as it was created in 2020. However, it has already managed to gain the recognition of its users due to its simple and convenient design.
Like No Fluff Jobs, the Work4 DEV platform has a mandatory salary range requirement, so every job posting on the site contains information about the expected salary.
In addition, Work4 DEV has a blog with interesting articles on useful programming tips and a lot of facts from the tech world.
5. Bulldogjob
Bulldogjob is another platform with IT job offers. It focuses on tailored strategies to reach passive candidates.
The website is clear, and offers can be sorted by the most relevant information for the candidate – salary, technology or project description, location, and type of employment.
The listings on Bulldogjob are designed to contain only key information that enables the candidate to find a job faster yet more efficiently, therefore, this platform is perfect to save some free time.
6. Jobviously
Jobviously claims to be a virtual meeting place for people looking for new challenges in the IT industry and connect them with companies looking for the best specialists in this industry.
Like the ones above the list, this portal allows searching for jobs by category, type of employment, experience level, salary amount, and location.
Jobviously is a convenient, intuitive, and transparent site. Each job listing includes information about the salary range and the most important information about the employer, such as benefits offered or a link to the website.
7. JobsForGeek
The next portal on the list is JobsForGeek, which allows filtering available offers by location, technology, experience, salary range or the possibility of an online interview.
The platform is convenient to use, and the site has been perfectly tailored to its users – it even has the option to change the theme to dark or light and a built-in world map with marked jobs, which can be turned on or off with just one click.
The listings posted on JobsForGeek include some unusual but important additions; for example, a structure chart showing the percentage breakdown of the candidate’s responsibilities is shown during the application process. Additionally, the portal does not require the candidate to create an account – click the “Apply” button once and go straight to the form.
8. pracujwIT
PracujwIT is one of the five dedicated job boards offered by the website pracujwbranży.pl, and just like the JobsForGeek platform, PracujwIT allows applying for a selected position without having to register on the site beforehand.
Job offers on the site are sorted and organized by category and location. After clicking on a selected position, the candidate can also view other positions offered by the selected employer besides learning the most important information about the offer.
Moreover, the site allows creating a resume for free. The wizard is intuitive and does not require prior registration on the site; fill out the form, save the document and voilà – we can enjoy our new document!
9. Crossweb
Admittedly, Crossweb is a site that focuses mainly on collecting information about events in the IT industry. Still, the site also has a distinguished tab with advertisements, where new offers appear regularly.
Crossweb allows sorting positions by location, category, candidate experience level, and the possibility of an online interview. Along with information about the date an offer was added, the website also tells when an employer refreshed a position. This allows more accurate tracking of the selected position and ensures it remains current.
As Crossweb is primarily an information site, it has an active blog and podcast for those interested in IT.
10. IT-Leaders
The last website on the list is IT-Leaders, a job board with an unusual approach. Why unusual? Because it swaps the roles of a candidate and an employer.
Okay, but what exactly does this swap mean? On this platform, the candidates create anonymous profiles describing their expectations related to the job they seek while the companies give them tailored offers.
To create a profile, you only need to fill out a simple form that includes information about your tech stack, education, location, and salary expectations. Suppose the anonymous profile attracts the employers’ attention. In that case, they send a matching job offer that the candidate can decline or accept (only after accepting does the company get to see the profile owner’s contact information).
Needless to say candidates also have the opportunity to apply to the posted jobs on the platform independently. One thing is certain – the IT-Leaders platform significantly saves both candidates’ and employers’ time.
The 10 IT job boards in Poland presented in this blog post aim to help candidates find the most suitable job opportunities. Good luck! 😉
