The Talent Awards is an annual event hosted by LinkedIn to recognise companies and organisations that have demonstrated excellence in their talent acquisition and management strategies. The awards showcase the most innovative and effective practices in talent management across various industries.

Winning a Talent Award provides recognition and prestige for the organisation and helps attract top talent and boost the employer brand. In this post, we will explore the benefits of participating in the Talent Awards and share some tips on increasing your chances of winning.

In March, we got the big surprise of being nominated for two LinkedIn Talent Awards. We received the news that we won one of the two categories.

We knew already that we were among the best three recruitment agencies in Poland (no need to be humble about it, it is what it is 🤷‍♂️), but the other one is particularly close to our heart.
