Data Engineer salary by seniority level – UoP

- According to the report published by justjoin.it, Junior Data Engineer‘s average optimal salary was 7 702 PLN gross on UoP. After analysing our internal data, we counted the optimal wage for Juniors as 9 000 PLN.
- Justjoin.it claims that the optimal average wage for Mid Data Engineer counted as 15 531 PLN gross on UoP. In comparison, at NTIATIVE, the optimal salary for the mid-level back then was 14 000 PLN.
- According to the justjoin.it data, a Senior Data Engineer typically earned 21 407 PLN gross on UoP. Meanwhile, in 2022, our clients’ salary for the senior role counted as 20 000 PLN.
- Regarding our internal data, the minimum salary for a Lead Data Engineer was 22 000 PLN gross on UoP. We haven’t calculated the exact numbers for the optimal wage due to insufficient data.

- According to the justjoin.it data, a Senior Data Engineer typically earns 28 328 PLN net on B2B. At NTIATIVE, the optimal salary for the senior role in 2022 counted as 20 000 PLN.
- Regarding our internal data, the minimum salary for a Lead Data Engineer was 25 000 PLN net on B2B. We haven’t calculated the exact numbers for the optimal wage due to insufficient data.
