The business challenge in the Polish market

At the time, the company was a startup with a requirement to hire many specialists quickly to build their team in Poland. Scaling a technical department in Poland is difficult for foreign firms because the local market is highly competitive. Patient21 needed to hire senior engineers while building their brand in a market dominated by large global technical hubs.

How the recruitment subscription worked
