When you come part our team, you will be responsible for:
- Solving customer problems using advanced techniques
- Working directly with Grass Valley Support Account Managers and Product Experts to help resolve customer issues
- Implementation of projects that improve processes related to technical support (tutorials, instructional videos)
- Correct logging of problems in SFDC, JIRA
What do we need from your side?
- Bachelor or higher from Computer Science
- Experience in cloud
- General knowledge of IT (from studies)
- General knowledge of IP (routing, networks)
- Being flexible to work on shift rotation
- Not afraid talk to people and appreciate working with customer
