Job Change
It’s a decision that not only has an impact on one’s career, but also personal life. Need for a job change might be ignited by several factors:
Career Growth: Employees may consider changing jobs to advance their careers and gain new skills and experiences. They may feel that their current job is limiting their growth opportunities or that they have reached a plateau in their current role.
Job Satisfaction: Staff might consider changing jobs to improve their job satisfaction. They may feel that their current job is not fulfilling or that they are not being recognized for their contributions. A new job may offer a better work-life balance, a more positive company culture, or more challenging and rewarding work.
Compensation and Benefits: Another reason for considering changing jobs is for better compensation and benefits. Employees may feel that they are not being fairly compensated for their work or that their current benefits package is inadequate.
